After breakfast, morning brief about today itinerary. After breakfast depart on a walk to Rev. Alan Francis Belcher and wife Madge Belcher memorial site where they (Australian Missionary) lived while translating Holy Bible to Lun Bawang language. Discover the indigenous remnant historical sites before they socially and spiritually transformed. After lunch, join your homestay host to do their daily routine at paddy fields or at their orchards. Get down and dirty, learn the process of traditional farming. Along the way back, collect and gather fresh/wild jungle produce for a dinner. Ready for a cultural dinner with a Lun Bawang Traditional Dance.

After breakfast, take approximately (two) 2 hours trek local trails deep in the jungle and here you will find mounds in shape of crocodile. The mound which is shaped like crocodile portrayed the characteristics of the crocodile itself-its bravery, strength and toughness. After a historical visit, trek another (one) 1 hour to visit Batuh Inarit the biggest Ancient Mural Carved on rock in Sarawak. Packed lunch will be served. Trek back and enjoy the chill splash of Trusan River crossing. Late afternoon returns to homestay and rest or mingle with the local folks. Dinner and overnight

After breakfast, its time to say good bye to the folks. Then proceed for your journey by 4 Wheel Drive via Semaduh Valley to Lawas Town. Another journey which accessible only by4 Wheel Drive will take 4 hours back to Lawas then to airport.

Spend 4D3N at Sukau Rainforest Lodge in search for Borneo's most beloved Orangutan. Make a stop at the famous Gomantong Caves, besides encountering orangutans that inhabit the area you'll get to witness the bat exodus exiting the caves at dusk.

Itinerary

Our adventure begins as we pick you up from the Sandakan Airport or your hotel in Sandakan, then we’ll head straight to Sepilok Orang Utan Rehabilitation Centre. There, you’ll get to learn about the rehabilitation effort done at the centre through a short video screening. Then make your way to the feeding platform to witness the feeding of orangutans scheduled daily at 10AM. You can also spend time observing the cheeky little younglings in an enclosed nursery area.

After lunch, embark on a 2-and-a-half-hour journey by speedboat up the Kinabatangan River to Sukau Rainforest Lodge.

Right after checking-in, we’ll go on board for a late afternoon cruise in search of Borneo’s wildlife and birds. Return to the lodge to savour a scrumptious dinner at Melapi restaurant, followed by a slide presentation and interpretation by a naturalist guide. Overnight at the Sukau Rainforest Lodge.

Note : Make sure your flight arrival in Sandakan is latest by 0800hrs. Or if this is not possible, recommended to fly in and stay one night in Sandakan or Sepilok before the tour commence.

Rise and shine for the morning river cruise up the Kinabatangan River to Kelenanap oxbow lake to view more birds and wildlife. After breakfast, join in the nature walk along the lodge’s Hornbill Boardwalk with the in-house naturalist. After lunch, it will be free at leisure. In the afternoon, proceed for another river cruise for more wildlife. Overnight at the Sukau Rainforest Lodge.

Take an early morning river cruise along the Menanggol River in search of wildlife. In the late afternoon, proceed 27 km overland journey to the vicinity of Gomantong Cave. Traverse to the Gomantong Caves on a 15 minute boardwalk trail through the rainforest, and we might able to sight the “Man of the jungle”! Witness the exodus of over two million bats as well as raptors. Return to Sukau Rainforest Lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

Have breakfast before returning to Sandakan by boat. After lunch, proceed to airport for the 1430hrs flight to Kota Kinabalu. If you’re taking the evening flight, you’ll have a chance to visit Rainforest Discovery Centre. Take a bird view of the centre from the canopy walk and hanging bridge, explore the botanical garden, home to various species of flora before taking the flight.

Embark on a captivating journey through the pristine wonders of Mulu, beginning with a warm welcome at Mulu Airport. Itinerary

Arrive Mulu Airport, meet and greet by our friendly representative and transfer to your accommodation of your choice – Mulu Marriott Resort, Park HQ or private lodge. Early afternoon, meet in the Park HQ to proceed on foot via the 3.8km designated path for 45mins through the peat swamp forest to explore Lang Cave first. Lang Cave is considered the youngest of the 4 show-caves; therefore it’s smaller but produces some of the most spectacularly large limestone formations including the Jelly Fish-like stalactite. Next explore Deer Cave, the entrance of which can contain the size of St. Paul Cathedral 5 times over. Late afternoon, witness the bat’s flying out of caves entrance (depending on the weather). Return to Park Headquarters then transfer back to your accommodation for rest and free at own leisure.

Breakfast and transfer by longboat proceed to Batu Bungan – Penan Settlement, to observe the tribe lifestyle and to select handicrafts on display for sale at Penan Settlement. Continue journey by longboat to Wind Cave and Clearwater Cave. Picnic lunch at Clearwater summer huts and relax for a while then continue journey by longboat (1 hour) to Long Litut. Then jungle trek for 3 hours to Camp 5. Dinner and overnight at Camp 5.

Breakfast at Camp 5 and walk through lowland forest to Terikan river (Pack lunch), then by longboat down the Terikan and Medalam rivers to longhouse. Dinner and overnight at longhouse.
Breakfast at longhouse. After breakfast transfer by road (approx. 2.5hrs) to the town of Limbang. Afternoon transfer to Limbang airport for flight back to Miri or next destination.

After breakfast at around 0830hrs, your guide would meet you and proceed with wooden open long boat up streams of Melinau River with stopover at Penan Settlement. The guide would give some commentary about this tribe. Back to the boat and further up to explore Wind Cave known for beautiful formation of caves spellectums. About 500m away is the Clearwater Caves, the longest underground river system in Southeast Asia with a total length of almost 200km. After explore both caves then you can take a dip at Clearwater Spring to rejuvenate before having your refreshment and local picnic lunch before heading by open long boat and embark at Kuala Litut. Trek 9km on fairly flat natural Melinau Trails which take around 03hrs to reach Camp 5. Upon arrival settle down and your guide would brief you on Camp 5. Dinner and overnight at Camp 5.

Early wake up for the breakfast. Before ascend the Mt. Api at around 0630hrs and it advisable to do short stretching and your guide would lead the way. As you ascend the Mt. Api there are some varieties of plants as orchids, pitcher plants and birds. Upon reaching the view point at 2400m, you would amaze with Pinnacle formations. Have your pack lunch before descend to get to Camp 5. Dinner and overnight at Camp 5.

Breakfast at Camp 5 and jungle trek to Long Litut and transfer to Clearwater summer hut for picnic lunch and later on you can enjoy swimming at the clear water spring. Transfer by longboat to Mulu airport for flight to next destination.
